Instagram Authorization Revocation & Data Deletion

1. What Instagram data we may access

Through the official Instagram Graph API (provided by Meta), and only after your explicit authorization, we may access and process the following categories of data:

• Account identifiers (e.g., Instagram account ID, username)
• Basic account profile information (e.g., account name, profile picture, follower count, media count)
• Media metadata (e.g., media ID, caption, media URL, permalink, publish time)
• Media performance metrics (e.g., views, reach, impressions, likes, comments, shares, saves, profile visits)

This data is used solely to provide features such as account management, media management, content publishing, and analytics, in line with your explicit authorization. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties.

2. How to revoke our access to your Instagram account

You can revoke our access to your Instagram account at any time via your Meta/Facebook account settings:

1. Log in to your Facebook (Meta) account that is connected to your Instagram account.
2. Go to Settings > Apps and Websites.
3. Find our application in the list of active apps/websites.
4. Select the application and choose to remove or revoke its access.

Once you revoke authorization, we will immediately stop requesting or accessing any new data from the Instagram API for your account.

3. How to request deletion of Instagram-related data

If you would like us to delete Instagram-related data that we have already stored for your account, you can send us a deletion request by email.

To help us locate your data accurately and securely, please include the following information in your email:

• Your Instagram account ID (if available)
• Your Instagram username
• The email address associated with your account on our Platform (if applicable)
• A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of Instagram-related data associated with your account

After we verify your request and identity (where necessary), we will delete or anonymize stored Instagram-related data associated with your account within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by applicable law or for legitimate compliance purposes.

4. Effect of deletion

Once deletion is completed:

• Historical Instagram analytics, channel records, and media statistics that were stored on the Platform for your account may no longer be available.
• You may not be able to use certain Instagram-related features on the Platform unless you re-authorize access via the official Instagram/Meta OAuth flow.
