Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information in connection with the FUTUREVERSE application and related services.

I. Information We Collect

1. Information You Provide

  • Email address
  • Account identifiers within the platform

2. Third-Party Platform Authorization Data

After you explicitly consent through the official authorization flow, we may collect the following information via third-party platforms' official APIs (subject to the scope of your authorization):

  • Third-party platform user ID
  • Public account profile (e.g., nickname, avatar)
  • Video and content metadata
  • Content engagement data (e.g., views, likes, comments, shares)

II. Purposes of Use

We use the information we collect only for the following lawful, clearly defined purposes:

  • To complete third-party platform authentication and account authorization
  • To provide multi-platform content management and data analytics
  • To display content performance data and support your analysis and decisions
  • To protect platform security and prevent abuse or unauthorized access

III. Third-Party Platform Data Compliance

  • All third-party platform data is obtained through official APIs
  • All data access requires your explicit authorization
  • Each account must be authorized separately
  • We do not bypass, simulate, or automate third-party platform login or authorization flows
  • We do not sell, rent, or exchange any third-party platform data
  • We do not use data for purposes not authorized by you

IV. YouTube API Data Use

Our application uses YouTube API Services to access and display YouTube-related data.

  • We access YouTube user data only when you have explicitly authorized it through Google OAuth
  • Data we may access includes: channel basic information, video metadata, video engagement data (views, likes, comments, shares)
  • Data is used only for content management, data analytics, and related functionality within FUTUREVERSE
  • We do not sell, rent, or share YouTube user data with third parties

Authorization Tokens: We may store authorization tokens only for features you have explicitly authorized. Tokens are stored securely and used only for the duration of your authorization. When you revoke YouTube authorization via Google account settings, we will stop using the related tokens and invalidate or delete them within a reasonable period.

FUTUREVERSE's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, or for unrelated artificial intelligence / machine learning models.

V. Instagram / Meta Data Use

Our application uses the Instagram Graph API (Meta's official API) to access and display Instagram-related data for account management, media management, content publishing, and analytics.

  • We access Instagram account data only when you have explicitly authorized it through Instagram / Facebook OAuth
  • Data we may access includes: account basic information, media metadata, and engagement data (views, likes, comments, shares, saves)
  • Data is used only for the features you have authorized
  • We do not sell, rent, or share Instagram user data with third parties

VI. TikTok Shop Partner Center Data Use

Our application integrates with TikTok Shop Partner Center's Affiliate Creator API to help TikTok Shop creators (达人) manage their own storefront and view their own order information.

  • We access TikTok Shop creator data only after you explicitly authorize it through TikTok Shop's official Creator OAuth flow
  • Data we may access includes: your TikTok Shop open ID, your public creator profile (username, avatar, region, account type), the showcase/product listings you manage, and your own affiliate order and commission records
  • Data is used only to display and let you manage your showcase products, affiliate orders, and shoppable-video ("挂车"/product-tagged video) publishing within FUTUREVERSE
  • We only ever act on data belonging to the creator account you authorized; we do not access other creators' or sellers' data
  • We do not sell, rent, or share TikTok Shop data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or unrelated purposes

Authorization Tokens: Access and refresh tokens are stored only for the TikTok Shop account you explicitly authorized, and are used only to act on your behalf within the scope you granted.

VII. Content Publishing and Automation

  • All content upload and publishing is manually triggered by the user
  • Publishing is performed on a per-account basis

The Platform does not support or provide:

  • Automated or bulk content publishing
  • Scheduled publishing
  • Automated likes, comments, or follows

VIII. Data Storage and Security

  • Authorization credentials (e.g., Access Tokens) are stored in encrypted form
  • We use reasonable, industry-standard technical and administrative measures to protect data
  • Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Service

IX. Revoking Authorization and Data Deletion

  • You may revoke our authorization at any time through the respective third-party platform, or by disconnecting the account from your FUTUREVERSE account settings
  • After revocation, we will immediately stop accessing the related data
  • Stored related data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period

YouTube

  • You may revoke our authorization at any time via Google account security settings
  • After revocation, we will immediately stop accessing related YouTube data
  • All stored data related to YouTube API Services will be deleted within a reasonable period

TikTok Shop

  • You may disconnect your TikTok Shop creator account at any time from your account settings in FUTUREVERSE
  • After disconnecting, we immediately stop calling TikTok Shop APIs on your behalf and delete the locally stored authorization token
  • TikTok Shop does not currently provide a documented token-revocation endpoint for creator authorization, so disconnecting in FUTUREVERSE removes our local access to your account

X. Your Rights

Under applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access or request a copy of your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion of related data
  • Withdraw third-party platform authorization at any time

XI. Minors

The Service is not directed to users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

XII. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
