Welcome to Futureverse Technologies (hereinafter "we" or "the Platform").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of our official website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

I. Eligibility

Futureverse Technologies is a multi-platform content management and data analytics platform that helps users on third-party content platforms (including but not limited to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) to:

  • Log in and authorize accounts
  • Manage multiple authorized accounts
  • Manually upload and publish video content
  • View and analyze performance data of published content

III. Third-Party Platform Access

  • The Service connects to third-party platforms only through their official APIs, including but not limited to YouTube API Services, TikTok official API, and Instagram Graph API (Meta)
  • All account access requires your explicit authorization
  • Each account must be authorized separately
  • The Platform does not bypass, simulate, or automate third-party platform login flows

III.1 YouTube Terms of Service

By accessing or using any YouTube-related features through the Platform, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

III.2 Instagram Terms of Service

By accessing or using any Instagram-related features through the Platform, you also agree to be bound by Meta (Facebook) and Instagram terms and privacy policies:

IV. User-Initiated Operations

All actions performed through the Platform are:

  • Initiated by the user
  • Executed on a per-account basis
  • Subject to the applicable third-party platform rules

The Platform does not provide or support:

  • Automated or bulk content publishing
  • Automated likes, comments, or follows
  • Scripted, background, or unattended operations

V. User Responsibilities

You confirm and agree that:

  • You have lawful authority to manage the accounts you authorize
  • You are solely responsible for content uploaded or published through the Service
  • You will comply with applicable laws and third-party platform terms of service

VI. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. For the purpose of providing the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it only for processing, transmission, and display.

VII. Intellectual Property

Except for user content, the Platform's software, interface design, logos, and documentation are owned by Futureverse Technologies or used under license.

VIII. Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted operation of the Service and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

IX. Termination

If you violate these Terms or related platform policies, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

X. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We make no express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, stability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

XI. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
